Before reaching success, Mr. Wakeman cleaned bathrooms for an auto parts factory in college; which he considers to be his worst job. However, it taught him the dignity of all jobs and not to take opportunities for granted. Surprisingly, he is no stranger to failure; admitting to having many unsuccessful business launches. One failure included “Snappy Answers” – pre-recorded messages Mr. Glen Wakeman did himself for answering machines. However, learning from failure has been a big part of getting him to where he is today.
Mr. Wakeman founded Nova Four, where he performed multiple tasks like development and administrative duties: President, CEO, and Board of Directors. However, he is now the co-founder and CEO of LaunchPad Holdings, LLC; specializing in online business planning. Wakeman’s experience and services in business outreach ventures on a global spectrum. Mr. Wakeman shares that he makes new ideas come to life by engaging in the explanation of them – forcing him to give the time, outlines, steps, and protection the ideas need.
